I very much appreciated your services provided while inspecting the house. Your thoroughness paid large dividends for me by protecting me from buying a home that was not in the condition stated in the sale paperwork. Your inspection was done throughly and in a timely manner. The report was easily to understand, it was a good report, and it was done in a timely manner. Just to let you know, I was very satisfied with your service, I thought you did a very thorough job, and covered all of the concerns I had with the house. I was very comfortable with your price range, it was right in the area I was expecting to pay. I thought your report was layed out very well, I didn't have any problems with it at all, the pictures helped me to see exactly what your findings were, and we were able to show the sellers what needed to be repaired. They agreed, with no questions asked. I also felt you were on my side, and that is nice to know, in this day and age. So overall, I must give you an A+, you were great! Thank you very much for all your help.
