Cascadia Home Inspections is a locally owned and professional home inspection service based out of Centralia, WA.  My name is Luc V Lamarche.  I am certified by The American Home Inspector’s Training Institute and licensed by the State of Washington (#681) and by the WSDA as a Structural Pest Inspector (#80733).  These qualifications plus 6 years of experience as a civil engineer, building contractor, and carpenter are applied to creating a professional and dependable service.
